Regulatory information

Official source documents remain identified separately from RegsUP versions, translations, analyses and expert interpretations. RegsUP material is not an authority publication or a substitute for a type-approval authority decision.

Users must check the stated source version, scope, review status and jurisdiction before relying on an answer or date.

Accounts and access

Access is limited to the organization, role and permissions assigned to the account. Credentials must not be shared and suspected compromise must be reported promptly.

API access is never automatic. It requires separate RegsUP approval and remains limited to the approved organization and scope.

Questions, files and expert answers

Users must not place unnecessary personal, confidential or unlawful information in questions or attachments. Questions may be privacy-reviewed before assignment.

Expert answers are reviewed interpretations for the stated source and scope. A published answer may be corrected or withdrawn when its source or review status changes.

Credits and availability

Question credits are service units governed by the exact terms shown and accepted at submission. They are not cash, a bank balance or proof of expert payment.

Maintenance, source unavailability or security events may temporarily limit functions. RegsUP preserves saved work and communicates material workflow state where technically possible.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, scrape outside approved interfaces, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or redistribute restricted material without permission. Official-source rights and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
